This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications (collectively, "our Apps") published by Studio Somin ("we," "us," or "our") on the Google Play Store. By using any of our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information We Do NOT Collect Directly

Our Apps do not directly collect, store, or transmit any personal information from users. We do not require account creation, login, or any form of registration. We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, physical addresses, or any other personally identifiable information.

1.2 Information Collected by Third Parties

Some of our Apps integrate Google AdMob to display advertisements. Google AdMob may automatically collect certain information, including:

• Google Advertising ID (Ad ID) — A unique, user-resettable identifier for advertising purposes
• Device information — Device type, operating system version, and device identifiers
• IP address — Used to estimate general location (country/region level) for serving relevant ads
• Ad interaction data — Information about ads viewed or clicked within the App

2. How Information Is Used

Information collected by Google AdMob is used to:

• Serve advertisements within the App

4. Data Storage and Security

Our Apps store all functional data (such as game scores, user preferences, document files) locally on your device only. This data is not transmitted to any server we operate. If you uninstall an App, all locally stored data associated with that App will be deleted.

We do not operate any servers or databases that store user information. Any third-party data collection is managed by the respective third party (e.g., Google AdMob) under their own security practices.

5. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). Our Apps:

• Do not require any personal information to function
• Do not allow users to create accounts or profiles
• Do not include social features, chat, or user-to-user interaction
• Do not share personal data with third parties for purposes other than ad serving (where applicable)

For Apps that include advertising, Google AdMob serves ads in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations. We have configured our ad requests to comply with applicable children's privacy regulations where required.

6. Ad Personalization and User Choices

You can control ad personalization through the following methods:

7. Permissions

Our Apps may request certain Android permissions necessary for their functionality. Permissions are used solely for the App's stated purposes. Examples may include:

• Internet access — For loading advertisements (where applicable)
• Storage access — For reading/writing files within the App's scope (e.g., PDF apps)

Each App requests only the permissions it requires. Refer to the App's listing on Google Play for the full list of permissions.

8. Data Retention

We do not retain any user data on our servers. Local App data is stored on your device and persists until the App is uninstalled or the data is manually cleared. For information about Google AdMob's data retention practices, please refer to Google's data retention policy.

9. International Data Transfers

As Google AdMob is a global service, ad-related data may be transferred to and processed in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. These transfers are governed by Google's privacy policy and applicable data protection frameworks.

• The right to request deletion of your data
• The right to opt out of data collection for advertising purposes
